Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
- The prize draw is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of L'Oréal employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
- No purchase is necessary.
- Entry to the draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries will only be accepted on the official form.
- Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries. Entry forms will not be returned and are the property of the Promoter.
- Entries must be received on or before 6th September 2010. The prize draw will take place on 15th September 2010. L'Oréal reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
- 100 completed entries drawn at random will each receive 1 série nature full size shampoo and masque, according to their hair type (fine, normal, sensitised) at the address they entered on their entry form.
- All winners will be notified by email by 15th October 2010.
- The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
- The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
- If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
- The names of the winners will be available by sending a S.A.E. to L'Oréal Professionnel, 255 Hammersmith Road, London, W6 8AZ within 6 weeks of the draw date.
- The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
- By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.
- English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
